Swarovski America Limited, S.A.L. was the name under which the famed Austrian crystal company first began manufacturing their own jewellery in the United States. The "S.A.L" mark was used from 1977 to 1988 until it was replaced with the now globally renowned swan hallmark, that continues to represent Swarovski jewellery today.
