Lisner

D. Lisner Co. was founded in New York by David Lisner and family before 1900. The company imported jewellery from Europe and distributed Elsa Schiaparelli and Lanvin Violet jewellery. During WWII, they opened their own production in Providence, Rhode Island. Lisner jewellery became mass-produced and successful with ads appearing in fashion magazines.
