Attwood and Sawyer (Wales) Prince of Wales Three Ostrich Feather Brooch (Unsigned). Made in Wales in the 1970's, this brooch displays three ostrich feathers set with Swarovski crystals, held in place by a gold crown also bejewelled with smaller Swarovski crystals. This beautiful creation by Attwood and Sawyer was based on a brooch designed by Edward VIII for his American life partner Wallace Simpson.
This is an unsigned Attwood and Sawyer, the space for the A&S stamp remains blank. This brooch is pristine, pre worn, and excellent condition. It measures 5.6cm tall and 4.5cm at its widest point and weighs 19.3g, which are the identical measurements and weight of a previous A&S Three Feathers Brooch we sold at Bramble & Lily.
