Attwood and Sawyer was founded in 1956 in Porthcawl, Wales by Mr Horace Attwood and Mr Sawyer. Many of the designs, now highly collectible, were inspired by historical references, including their most recognisable collection inspired by the jewellery collection of the Duchess of Windsor. Popular in the UK and Europe, they went on to produce the jewellery for the television series Dynasty.
The Bee symbolises wealth, good luck, harmony, Creativity and bliss. Bees are also symbolic of hard work and industry as represented by the common phrase “busy as a Bee.” Their harmonious hive life inspires unity, resilience, and creativity, encouraging a deeper connection to nature’s cycles and personal transformation
